Carnival Time St Lucia
Party Time in the Caribbean as the annual carnival takes place on the beautiful island of St. Lucia. The islands towns and villages will be swaying to the beat of the calypso and steel drum bands.
For the next 4 weeks, until the event’s finale on July 18th and 19th, visitors to St Lucia will be able to enjoy the bands and parades in towns such as Soufriere and Anse la Raye. расположенном у залива Фригет-Бэй, сообщают эксперты по эксклюзивным объектам недвижимости компании Savills Select Resorts.
Привилегированное гражданство Сент-Китс со всеми преимуществами второго паспорта оказалось действенным стимулом для покупателей, стремящихся сделать инвестиции на многообещающем, но доступном рынке недвижимости на одном из красивейших островов мира.

- Коттеджи с прилегающими бассейнами – 10 одноэтажных сблокированных коттеджей с двумя спальнями (площадь приблизительно 170 м2), каждый со своим садиком и отдельным бассейном, стоимостью 525 000 долларов США
- Многоквартирные дома на склоне горы – квартиры с двумя спальнями в домах с бассейнами (площадь приблизительно 140 м2), с видом на океан, стоимостью от 575 000 долларов США
- Квартиры с двумя спальнями в многоквартирных домах в прибрежной зоне, площадь приблизительно 150 м2, стоимостью от 609 000 долларов США
- Квартиры с одной спальней в многоквартирных домах в прибрежной зоне, площадь приблизительно 75-85 м2, стоимостью от 359 000 долларов США
Всего проект Ocean’s Edge будет включать 190 квартир и 32 участка для застройки виллами по индивидуальным проектам. Завершение строительства планируется в конце 2012 года.

О проекте Ocean’s Edge

Quinta Do Lago Wine Festival
The first ever Quinta do Lago wine festival takes place this weekend from the 5th – 7th June.
All you wine buffs out there can get acquainted with some great Portuguese wines and cuisine – and if you can drag yourself away from the great selection of wine there is even a wine tasters golf tournament taking place. If you are out on the course though a hard hat may be advisable!
